- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp sugar
- 10 strands saffron (a tiny pinch)
- Bring milk to a boil
- Add sugar, saffron strands and mix well.
- Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- Serve kesar milk hot or warm.
You can also replace sugar with honey. If you like you can add chopped nuts along with saffron.
